Shipping & Pickups
All products are shipped from our store in The Hague, The Netherlands by a WAUW team member.
Shipments usually leave our stores in 1-3 working days after placement of the order, unless otherwise specified. All shipments are handled by PostNL.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free when you spend over 125 euros. Shipping to Belgium & Germany is free when you spend over 175 euros. For the rest of the world shipping costs are always paid by the customer. Costs for return packages are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any import taxes due upon delivery. We are not responsible for reimbursements of the costs of items lost by any mail carrier.
